 Second: The instructions for use the cylinder:

 1. There should adjust to the measurement scales before fill it.;check the table and the measurement lever. The weighing apparatus for filling should be examine once every three month,to ensure it accurate.

2.There must have specially person to examine the complete of the cylinder before filling it.

3.The ratio of filling is 1.25KG/L. Overcharge is strictly prohibited.

4.The cylinder after filled in must be re-inspect the filling volume.The error for the weighing must not exceed 1 of filling volume for twice.The re-inspection should change weighing instrument and the person.

 5.It should be record for the weight of filling, for trace file of the working life.

 6.It is forbid to put the oil,cotton and other combustible goods wich will react with the chlorine near by the cylinder.

 7.It should set the check valve and sufficient volume of buffer tank which can prevent material downdraft with the cylinder and the reactor.And to prevent failure, we should conduct regular checks.

  8.It should not set the cylinder at the stairs,sidewalks and ventilation system in suction mouth,and other place.

 9.It should have the special opened wrench for cylinder and do not on other purposes.

10.It should operate slowly when open the bottle valve,and cannot keys too hard or strong when on closed

 11. It should set needle valve adjustment of chlorine flow when for the export cylinder, and does not allow the use the valves regulate directly.

 12.It must closed the cylinder valves immediately after the end of the operation.

13.It should ensure complete for the safety accessories,when returned the empty bottle to factory.

Third: Attention and protection measures for the cylinder with the filling of ammonia or other HAZ.:

1  Unscrew the lid of the ammonia cylinder slowly until you hear the hiss of air escaping the device. Keep far enough back from the cylinder to avoid inhaling any of the ammonia  gas built up in the device. Typical cylinders such as a ammonia holds very little gas, but take every precaution to avoid inhalation such as wearing a protective mask.

2  Turn on the pool's filter and pump. When the pool is operating water flows through the plumbing into the cylinder, and this water pushes any air or gas in the cylinder up and out through the loosened lid.

3  Run the pool until water drips out of the ammonia cylinder's lid. Screw the ammonia cylinder's lid back on tightly by hand. Move over to the pool pump or pool jets and ensure water is flowing through the pool correctly. Repeat the purging process until water flow is normal.
